Disclosure pursuant to D. Lg. June 30, 2003, no. 196 on the protection of personal data

Please note that for purposes related to the provision of services related to the use of this website performs the processing of data provided by the User, or otherwise acquired during the execution of the service. The data controller is “Project Srls”; responsible for personal data and third party recipients of communications is its Legal Representative pro tempore. The processing of data is carried out with procedures suitable to protect the confidentiality of the User and consists of their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

The processing of data, in addition to the purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the Service will be aimed at carrying out commercial communications, including interactive.

The provision of consent to the processing of one’s personal data by the User is optional.

In case of refusal to process personal data, the Company will not be able to provide the Service.

The processing of the User’s data for the above-mentioned purposes will take place mainly by automated and computerized means, always in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. The data will be kept for the terms of the law at the headquarters of the company itself, and processed by employees and/or professionals appointed by it, who carry out the above activities under its direct supervision and responsibility.

It is also informed that, pursuant to Art. 7 of D. Lg. June 30, 2003, no. 196, the Customer has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing and may, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, and know their origin, receive intelligible communication, obtain information about the logic, methods and purposes of processing, request the updating, rectification, integration, request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current legal provisions. This information has the value of consent, unless specifically stated otherwise by the User, which must be received by “Project Srls” in writing.
