Project Description
The countdown has begun for Lucca’s White Night, scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 23 in the historic center by Confcommercio and the City Council, in collaboration with the Province, Prefecture, Crl and Bml Foundations, Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca and Bei & Nannini. The big news of the 2014 edition is the space reserved in Napoleon Square for Bubble Football, an innovative variant of the traditional five-a-side football that exploded this year all over the world.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., it will be possible to register (free of charge) and receive the large inflatable balls to wear. From 7 to 9 p.m., a free game is scheduled, while a team tournament will kick off from 9 p.m. onward, with registration on site. It is emphasized that it is not necessary to show up in five (the number of players needed to form a team): in fact, even those who are alone can ask to be part of teams that will be formed on the spot among those present.
